- To file a complaint over the phone you may dial our toll free Hotline
number 1-888-DOT-SAFT (368-7238) Monday through Friday between the hours
of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. One of our representatives will assist you with filing your complaints.
Your complaint will be maintained in our database. If the agency determines that
enforcement action is warranted, you may be contacted for additional information.
